Either full loft conversions with steps built in, totally insulated and new joists. Electrical/Plumbing first and second fix s or just boarded out for storage we take care of it all. Clients can bring us their plans or we can help with the design process.

We use professional methods advised by manufacturers to fit all types of hard flooring to a high standard. Luxury Vinyl Tiles, Luxury Vinyl Click, Laminate, Engineered Hard Wood, Carpet Tiles and Ceramic/Porcelain Tiles we fit them all and can advise clients of the best product to use for their individual circumstances based on budget and sub-floor.
Doors, Fire Doors and Second Fix Joinery
Not only first fix but we will come back to the project and finish the job of by fitting skirting boards, architraves, fitting regular and fire doors. Including ensuring intumescent strips are in place and sufficient spacing around the door in the frame to ensure that doors pass fire safety inspections.
